On Monday, the 18th of April, 2016. at 11:00 a.m. in the building of the Faculty of Humanities, the presidency of the Department of Kurdish language held a heritage exhibition under the slogan " Kurdish Heritage is a symbol of Protection of Kurdish People." This exhibition was started by a minute of silence for the fallen souls of Kurdistan martyrs. Afterwards, It was opened by the president of the University of Zakho, Assist.Pro.Dr. Lazgin Abdi Jameel along with the vice presidents and all of the Deans of Faculties, lecturers and students of the university.
